Fresh fruits and vegetables such as peas, carrots, tomatoes, apples, and bananas are always a welcome food supplement for your parrot. Items to avoid: avocado, grapefruit, green beans, all forms of cabbage, lemons, plums, raw and green potatoes, rhubarb, and dried fruits that have been treated with sulphur dioxide.
